Notecard Response One

The meaning of life for me is something that I am still trying to discover. In order to uncover this mystery, I will start by learning as much as I can. I am passionate about learning anything really from history, science, literature, and even a little math here and there. I believe that meaning comes from passion for something. I am not saying that learning is my sole reason for existing, but, at least, it is a start.

Notecard Response Two

Over the semester I have grown in my ideas. I am still in pursuit of knowledge, and I believe that I always will be driven to obtain as much knowledge that I can. Although, I now know that there is much more for me to discover. There are many places in the world that I have yet to go to; there are people I have still yet to meet. I always thought that my pursuit for knowledge was my journey, but I now know that it is, in fact, the end goal. I must first go on a journey of discovery. I must enrich my perspectives by visiting lands I have only dreamed of, and understand people I have only had glimpses of. I must simply experience the journey. Knowledge will accumulate, but that is not what really matters. What matters is the adventure, and all I must do is discover and experience it.
